Centurion's Attributable Profit Falls 64% in H1

Centurion (SGX:OU8) recorded a 64% decline in profit attributable to equity holders of the company in the first half of 2026 to SG$26.5 million from SG$73.9 million a year prior.

Earnings per share slipped to SG$0.0315 from SG$0.0879 previously, according to a Wednesday Singapore bourse filing.

The purpose-built accommodation owner and operator's revenue jumped 31% to SG$184.9 million from SG$140.7 million in the year-ago period.

The company declared an interim dividend of SG$0.02 per share, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 9.
