SGH (ASX:SGH) logged AU$2.25 in underlying EPS for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$2.26 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected about AU$2.33.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$10.59 billion versus AU$10.74 billion previously, the Australia-listed diversified operating and investment company added.
The company's board declared a final dividend of AU$0.32 per share, up from AU$0.30 a year earlier, payable Oct. 9 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 11.
SGH said it expects to deliver flat to low single-digit earnings before interest and taxes growth in fiscal 2027.
