Vogenx Plans to Offer 6.25M Shares in IPO

Vogenx plans to offer 6.25 million shares for$11 to $13 apiece in its initial public offering.

The biopharmaceutical company, which develops metabolic and gastrointestinal treatments, shared the size and pricing of its IPO Monday after initially filing in July.

It plans to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker VOGX.

Vogenx plans to use proceeds from the offering for the development of mizagliflozin, a pill being developed for post-bariatric hypoglycemia.

The proceeds will also go toward other research and development, as well as pay accrued expenses including salaries and bonuses.
