AGL Energy Fiscal 2026 Underlying EPS, Revenue Down

AGL Energy (ASX:AGL) logged AU$0.937 in underlying earnings per diluted share for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.952 a year ago, a Wednesday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.945.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$13.59 billion versus AU$14.34 billion previously, the Australia-listed energy company added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet projected AU$13.64 billion.
The company's board declared a final dividend of AU$0.26 per share, up from AU$0.25 a year earlier, payable Sept. 24 to shareholders as of Aug. 26.
AGL Energy guided for a fiscal 2027 underlying net profit after tax of AU$470 million to AU$670 million.
