CI&T Q2 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Shares Drop After Hours

CI&T (CINT) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.07 per diluted share, down from $0.09 a year earlier.
Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.09.
Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $142.8 million from $117.2 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $140 million.
CI&T expects Q3 revenue of at least $145.7 million. Analysts project $144.5 million.
The company boosted 2026 revenue guidance to the range of $565.5 million to $577.8 million from the prior forecast of $555.8 million to $575.3 million. Analysts expect $567.8 million.
CI&T shares fell 16% in after-hours trading.
