Bitdeer Shares Fall After Company Launches $1 Billion At-the-Market Offering

Bitdeer Technologies shares were lower after the cryptocurrency-mining and AI infrastructure company launched an at-the-market offering to sell up to $1 billion of its Class A ordinary shares.

Shares of Bitdeer were recently down 15% at $9.21.

The company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it has submitted a prospectus supplement registering the shares under an existing sales agreement with a group of sales agents, including Barclays Capital, Cantor Fitzgerald and BTIG. The shares may be sold from time to time through the agents.
