Shares of eBay edged were roughly flat in premarket trading after a report that GameStop is weighing withdrawing its bid for the online auction company.
GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen is considering proposing a partnership or joint venture that would let eBay use GameStop's retail locations, Bloomberg reported.
