Applied Materials (AMAT) is likely to post a fiscal Q3 beat as well as boost its 2026 systems segment outlook amid NAND recovery and ICAPS division stabilization, RBC Capital Markets said in a Sunday research note.

The brokerage said it expects adjusted EPS of $3.36 on revenue of $8.9 billion for Q3. The company will report fiscal Q3 results on Aug. 13.

The company's value-based pricing is a potential near-term tailwind to revenue, and it is positioned to sustain its double-digit wafer fab equipment growth for the next three years on generative AI, DRAM tightness, and competition in advanced foundry, analysts wrote.

The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and price target of $520 per share.
