Tinergy Chemical to Inject 260 Million Yuan into Subsidiary for Titanium Dioxide Project

Tinergy Chemical (SHE:002145), formerly CNNC Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide, is injecting 260 million yuan in capital into controlled subsidiary Zhonghe Phosphorus Chemical, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Including partner Phosphorus Chemical Wanrun's contribution of 140 million yuan, Zhonghe Phosphorus Chemical's registered capital will rise to 500 million yuan from 100 million yuan.

The capital injection is related to Zhonghe Phosphorus Chemical's 5.54-billion-yuan project to build a 400,000 tons-per-year titanium dioxide and 1.4 million tons-per-year ferrous sulfate heptahydrate production facility in Guizhou, China.
