Adamas Trust raised its quarterly dividend 11% to 30 cents a share.
The real estate investment trust said Tuesday it will pay the new dividend on Oct. 28 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 22.
The new dividend, up from 27 cents a share, reflects continued strength in Adamas' earnings and financial position, Chief Executive Jason Serrano said.
The new payment, equal to $1.20 a year, represents an annual yield of 12% based on Monday's closing share price of $9.79.
