Foundation Healthcare's (SGX:FHH) stabilizing manager, UBS AG Singapore Branch, bought 21.2 million shares, and has ceased price stabilization action as of Aug. 7, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The purchases were made to support the newly listed healthcare company's stock price following its initial public offering.
