Premier Investments (ASX:PMV) said Premier Retail's fiscal 2026 unaudited sales were AU$795.5 million, down 2% on fiscal 2025, with underlying earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) now expected to be about AU$176 million, below previous guidance of about AU$183 million, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said it has reached the decision to exit Peter Alexander's three existing physical stores in the United Kingdom, located in Bluewater, Stratford and White City, following sustained difficult trading conditions and a continued negative outlook for the UK economy.

Peter Alexander will continue to serve UK customers through an online presence and is actively exploring international wholesale opportunities with global wholesale partners, the filing added.
