IMAX (IMAX) said Monday that "The Odyssey" is now the highest grossing IMAX release of all time with $289 million in ticket sales in less than a month.
The film has taken in a total of $147 million in IMAX in North America during the period, the company said.
The strong performance lifted IMAX to an a fourth consecutive weekend of $50 million-plus at the global box office, the company said.
Shares of IMAX were up 2%.
