Theta Gold Mines (ASX:TGM) agreed to issue 32.8 million ordinary shares at a price of AU$0.18 each to satisfy a historical unsecured loan originally advanced by Australian Private Capital Investment Group, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The shares are expected to be issued Friday to Sadiva, which acquired the loan from Tianjin Hanhong Equity Investments Fund Management, per the filing.
The company's share fell 3% in recent Friday trade.
