Analysts expected $1.62 billion.
For fiscal 2026, the company raised its AFFO outlook to $2.15 to $2.18 from the prior range of $2.10 to $2.16. It also narrowed its revenue outlook to $6.12 billion to $6.15 billion from the previous projection of $6.10 billion to $6.18 billion.
Analysts are looking for $2.15 and $6.14 billion, respectively.
Shares rose around 2.6% in after-hours activity.
