McDonald's (MCD) plans to fix recent softer US same-store-sales trends, Oppenheimer said in a note Wednesday after attending a dinner meeting in New York City.
"Softer US SSS trends recently are being tied to missteps on value and execution," the report said.
The report said the management highlighted plans in place to fix the dynamics and remains bullish on Red Bull Energizers rolling out this month in the US.
On stock performance, the note said it has been lackluster, with baseline SSS improvements representing the primary catalyst.
Oppenheimer kept its outperform rating and a $325 price target.
