Bank of Zhengzhou Raises 6 Billion Yuan From 10-Year Tier-Two Capital Bonds

Bank of Zhengzhou (HKG:6196, SHE:002936) raised 6 billion yuan through the issuance of 10-year Tier-Two Capital Bonds in China's interbank bond market, with a 1.97% coupon rate.

Proceeds will be used to supplement Tier-2 capital, the bank said in a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shenzhen shares of the lender were down nearly 2% in early afternoon trade Friday.
