For Q3, the company expects adjusted EPS of $1.91 to $1.98 and revenue of $185.5 million to $187.5 million.
Analysts expect $1.91 and $182.6 million, respectively.
For the full-year 2026, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $7.74 to $7.88 and revenue of $732 million to $738 million. It earlier expected EPS of $7.44 to $7.65 and revenue of $721 million to $727 million.
Analysts expect $7.60 and $724.5 million, respectively.
Shares of Qualys were up more than 12% in after-hours trading.
