TORM Says Oaktree Capital No Longer Holds Stake as Brookfield Assumes Control

TORM (TRMD) said Oaktree Capital Group Holdings no longer indirectly holds any shares or voting rights in the company as of July 31, following a change in the ownership structure of OCM Njord Holdings.

Brookfield (BN) has become the ultimate controlling shareholder of Njord as part of the transaction, TORM said Friday in a statement.

Njord's direct stake in TORM remains unchanged at 20.4 million Class A shares, representing 19.86% of the total share capital and voting rights, TORM said.
