Aug 06

Zillow swung to a second-quarter loss as restructuring costs weighed on the bottom line despite higher revenue.

The company posted a loss of $4 million, or 2 cents a share, compared with a profit of $2 million, or 1 cent a share, the year prior.

Zillow reported $36 million in restructuring costs in the quarter.

Adjusted earnings were 52 cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet expected 45 cents a share.
