Sansiri (BKK:SIRI) has disposed of a 45% stake in Sirinpak 13 to Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) for 22.5 million baht, according to a Thursday filing with the Thailand Exchange.
The property developer sold 225,000 shares at 100 baht apiece, with the transaction intended for Sirinpak to be operated as a joint venture held 55% by the company and 45% by Nomura.
