Take-Two Interactive Software Fiscal Q1 Loss Widens, Revenue Increases; Fiscal 2027 Guidance Reiterated

Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO) reported fiscal Q1 loss Friday of $0.18 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.07 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.53 billion, up from $1.50 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $1.36 billion.

The company set its fiscal Q2 loss guidance to be between $0.84 and $0.75 on revenue guidance of between $1.42 billion and $1.47 billion. Analysts are looking for a loss of $0.74 on revenue of $1.75 billion.

For fiscal 2027, the company reiterated its EPS guidance of $0.55 to $0.75 on revenue of $7.90 billion to $8.10 billion. Analysts are expecting EPS of $1.73 on revenue of $8.53 billion.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent premarket activity Friday.
