Criteo Shares Fall After Q2 Revenue Miss; Names New CFO

Criteo (CRTO) shares were down nearly 20% in Wednesday trading after the company reported lower Q2 revenue and adjusted earnings from a year earlier, with revenue missing market expectations.

The company reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.80 per diluted share, down from $0.92 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.71.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $428 million, down from $482.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $447.4 million.

The company also appointed Connor McGogney as chief financial officer, starting Aug. 10. He will succeed Sarah Glickman, who will remain an advisor through the end of September to support the transition.
