JPMorgan Chase's (JPM) asset management unit is nearing an agreement to buy Idex from Antin Infrastructure Partners in a deal that would value the French heating and cooling network operator at about 3.8 billion euros ($4.4 billion), including debt, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The transaction could be announced in the coming days, the report said, citing the people.

JPMorgan and Antin didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
