Lendlease Global Commercial REIT Likely in Growth Mode

0300 GMT - Lendlease Global Commercial REIT appears to be in growth mode, with gains likely to be supported by rent increases and resilient sales by tenants, DBS Group Research's Tabitha Foo says in a note. The real-estate investment trust's FY 2026 distribution per unit came in ahead of DBS's estimate. The analyst expects leasing of reconfigured space at its Singapore shopping-center asset PLQ Mall to support the trust's growth. Still, she flags an operational overhang in its Milan asset, where one building is half occupied amid a selective office-leasing market. "[The asset's] focus remains to lease up before evaluating a potential divestment," Foo says. DBS maintains a buy rating but is reviewing its S$0.75 target price. Units rise 1.7% to S$0.585.
