Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX:CQE) logged AU$0.173 in operating earnings per unit for the fiscal year 2026, compared with AU$0.153 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$122.9 million versus AU$118.4 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.
The company expects fiscal year 2027 operating earnings of at least AU$0.181 per unit and distributions of AU$0.18 per unit.
