0359 GMT - Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust's next growth leg appears to hinge on asset sales, say CGS International's Li Jialin and Raymond Yap in a note. They reckon the REIT should further expand its logistics and industrial portfolio as the segment drove its 3Q rent increases and occupancy. The REIT will likely need to recycle some capital to boost the size of its logistics and industrial portfolio, the analysts say. Frasers Logistics & Commercial's core distribution per unit appears to be recovering, which keeps the analysts bullish on the stock. CGSI retains its add rating and 1.10 Singapore dollar target price. Units are flat at S$0.98.
