Naver (KRX:035420) said its board approved a 130 billion won investment in its affiliate Kream Co. through a capital increase, acquiring 38,681 common shares in the second half of 2026.
The company said that the investment will scale and fund business expansion, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The investment will bring Naver's total contribution to Kream to about 180 billion won, including the latest investment.
