OKP Likely Riding Singapore's Upward Construction Momentum

0714 GMT - OKP Holdings is likely riding the upward momentum in Singapore's construction sector, Evolve Capital Advisory's Ethan Aw says in a research report. The Building and Construction Authority has projected Singapore's total construction demand at S$47 billion-S$53 billion this year, similar to 2025, the analyst notes. A sizable amount of spending is directed at pedestrian infrastructure such as covered linkways, footpaths and cycling paths, an area in which the company specializes. The transport infrastructure and civil engineering company's net order book stood at S$760.7 million as of May 28, with projects extending to 2031. Evolve Capital Advisory initiates stock coverage with a buy rating and a target price of S$0.98. Shares are 2.6% higher at S$0.785.
