Warner Music Group (WMG) shares were up 0.9% in early trading on Monday after the company posted higher preliminary fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue in a regulatory filing.
The company reported preliminary fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Monday of $0.51 per share, up from $0.42 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.40.
Preliminary total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.86 billion, up from $1.69 billion a year earlier.
