0613 GMT - AIMS APAC REIT's portfolio likely has potential for further organic growth, DBS Group Research's Dale Lai says in a note. Several properties within its current portfolio have untapped plot ratios, which can generate over 2.0 million square feet of additional gross floor area to drive further growth in earnings, the analyst says. DBS remains positive on the REIT's solid portfolio operating metrics and expects further growth in organic income via proactive management of its portfolio and savings in borrowing costs. DBS raises the trust's target price to 1.68 Singapore dollars from S$1.66, but lowers the rating to hold from buy based on valuations. Units are 0.6% higher at S$1.61.
