Titan Mining (TII) unit Empire State Mines has a nonbinding letter of intent to supply natural graphite products from its planned Kilbourne facility in Gouverneur, New York, to an undisclosed US aerospace and defense manufacturer.
The agreement remains subject to conditions including completion of a feasibility study, securing project financing and obtaining regulatory approvals, Titan said Wednesday in a statement.
