Reformation Prices NYSE IPO at $15 per Share

Reformation (REF) priced its initial public offering of 14.1 million common shares at $15 per share, the company said Wednesday.

The womenswear retailer is offering 9.5 million shares, while certain existing stockholders are offering 4.6 million shares, it said. The selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.1 million shares at the IPO price.

Reformation said the shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 30 under the ticker symbol REF.

The offering is expected to close on July 31, subject to customary closing conditions.

Reformation expects to receive approximately $134.5 million in net proceeds from the offering, which it intends to use for general corporate purposes.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
