0548 GMT - CapitaLand India Trust looks well placed to benefit from India's swift economic growth, OCBC Group Research's Ada Lim says in a research report. This view is supported by tailwinds such as e-commerce expansion, increasing data localization, and the rise of digital payments, the analyst says. The trust stands out among defensive Singapore-listed REITs and business trusts for its aggressive acquisition strategy, the analyst notes. Overall, OCBC lifts its FY 2026 and FY 2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the trust by 6.4% and 4.5%, respectively. It raises the unit's fair value estimate to 1.32 Singapore dollars from 1.30 Singapore dollars, with unchanged buy rating. Units are unchanged at 1.05 Singapore dollars.
