CoStar Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q3 Guidance Set

CoStar (CSGP) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.32 per share, up from $0.17 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.29.

Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $925 million, up from $781 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $928.8 million.

For Q3, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.31 to $0.34 on revenue of $935 million to $945 million. Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $0.38 on revenue of $967.5 million.

For the full-year 2026, the company reaffirmed adjusted EPS guidance of $1.32 to $1.39 and revised revenue outlook to a range of $3.72 billion to $3.76 billion.

Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $1.36 on revenue of $3.80 billion.
