Quanta Computer (TPE:2382) will acquire land, building and related assets in the Guishan District of Taoyuan City, Taiwan, for NT$19.70 billion, according to a Tuesday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.
The land will be used for the electronics manufacturer's operational needs, the filing stated.
