ADP's Deal with French State is Positive Surprise

0748 GMT - Aeroports de Paris reached an agreement with the French state on the terms of an investment program for the 2027-34 period, a positive surprise that brings it one step closer to moving past regulatory uncertainty, Jefferies analysts say in a research note. While the deal still requires support from airlines and the French Transport Regulatory Authority, it should be well received by investors in the French airport operator, according to Jefferies. Regulatory uncertainty has weighed on ADP shares and the pricing outlook proposed is better than current consensus estimates, which could lead to upgrades, the analysts write. ADP shares jump 12%.
