GoDaddy Fiscal Q2 Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2026 Revenue Outlook Narrowed, Shares Fall

GoDaddy (GDDY) reported fiscal Q2 net income Thursday of $1.83 per diluted share, up from $1.41 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.69.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.30 billion, up from $1.22 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $1.29 billion.
For fiscal Q3, it expects revenue of $1.32 billion to $1.34 billion. The company narrowed its full year 2026 revenue guidance to $5.22 billion to $5.26 billion from prior range of $5.20 billion to $5.28 billion.
Analysts are looking for $1.33 billion and $5.24 billion, respectively.
Shares fell around 6.4% in after-hours trading.
