Lotte REIT (KRX:330590) plans to issue 240 billion won secured bonds to refinance existing short-term corporate bonds worth the same amount and maturing Aug. 6.
The new two-year bonds will be issued Aug. 14, according to a Thursday Korea bourse filing.
