0235 GMT - Australia's Cuscal gets a new bull at Macquarie, where the business-to-business payments provider is lauded for its positive exposure to a structural shift to more frequent, smaller transfers. Initiating coverage of the stock with an outperform rating, one of the investment bank's analysts tells clients in a note that enterprises' shift toward real-time payments will underpin growth. The analyst points out that the payments industry has high barriers to entry, and add that excluding the territory occupied by the country's major banks, Cuscal has more than half the market. Organic growth, acquisitions and operating leverage should support average annual EPS growth through fiscal 2028, they add. Macquarie puts a target price of 5.80 Australian dollars on the stock, which is up 1.2% at A$5.00.
