Cettire's (ASX:CTT) board authorized new long-term incentive programs for Group CEO Dean Mintz and CFO Tim Hume following an annual remuneration review, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The new grants, which reflect current market conditions and aim to retain "leadership through a period of sector headwinds," remain largely performance-based, with vesting based on performance and continued service over a multi-year period, per the filing.

Performance rights for Mintz feature a five-year vesting duration, while Hume's arrangement includes progressive vesting terms extending through August 2029.
