1508 GMT - Markets cut back expectations of the Bank of England raising interest rates in September following the Bank of England's rate decision. The BOE's rate-setting committee voted to keep interest rates on hold at 3.75% as widely expected, with six members in favor while three members voted for an interest-rate increase. The BOE said that there is little evidence of second-order effects of inflation while there are clear signs of a slowdown in underlying inflation based on recent data releases. Investors price in a 28% chance of a BOE rate rise in September, down from a 50% chance priced in prior to the BOE decision, LSEG data show.
