Wing Tai Properties (HKG:0369) units, Lanson Place Hospitality Management (Malaysia) and Lanson Place Hotels & Residences, entered into respective operating and license agreements with Kualiti Gold.
The provision of the services will sustain the property developer's hospitality business in Asia.
Kualiti Gold is a JV company owned 50% each by Wing Tai Properties and its substantial shareholder Wing Tai Holdings and engaged in hospitality investment.
