Woodward Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Lifts Fiscal 2026 Adjusted Earnings Guidance

Woodward (WWD) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $2.52 per share, up from $1.76 a year ago.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.44.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.11 billion, up from $915 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $1.11 billion.

The company now expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS of $9.30 to $9.50, up from the prior guidance of $9.15 to $9.45. Analysts expect $9.41.

Woodward said it still expects sales growth of 20% to 23% for the fiscal year.
