F5 Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Guides for Fiscal Q4, Raises FY26 Projection

F5 (FFIV) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Monday of $4.73 per diluted share, up from $4.16 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $865 million, up from $780 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $834.6 million.

The company expects fiscal Q4 adjusted EPS of $4.14 to $4.26 on revenue of $870 million to $890 million.

Analysts expect $4.14 and $856.9 million, respectively.

F5 raised its fiscal 2026 guidance for adjusted EPS to $17.21 to $17.33 from $16.25 to $16.55 previously. Analysts expect $16.49.

The company also raised its revenue growth outlook for the year to 9% to 10%, up from 7% to 8% previously.
