PRG Holdings (KLSE:PRG) provided further details regarding a winding-up notice filed against the company, disclosing that the petitioner is claiming 21.2 million ringgit in advances made to the company, according to a Monday filing with the Bursa Malaysia.
The claim follows a statutory demand dated June 30 and includes accrued interest.
The petition has been fixed for case management by e-Review on Aug. 27, with hearing set for Sept. 28.
