2340 GMT - The focus of investors in Goodman Group is firmly on the delivery of the data-center projects flagged in its 3Q operational update and securing leasing deals, says Jefferies. Goodman in May said it expects to have some 0.5GW of data centers in development by the end of June. On leasing, analyst Andrew Dodds thinks deals at the LAX01 data center in Los Angeles and the TYO05 site in Tokyo appear most advanced. He points to recent commentary highlighting negotiations are ranging from 1MW to 250MW. "We think European contracts are more likely to start coming through toward the back end of CY26," Jefferies adds. It has a buy call on Goodman ahead of its FY result next month.
