Westin Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company, said it entered a deal that will see it take First Choice Healthcare Solutions public, with the combined company expected to trade on the Nasdaq following the close of the deal.
The deal puts a pro forma enterprise value of about $650 million on First Choice, which will rebrand as Wellgevity 360, the companies said. First Choice Healthcare Solutions provides healthcare services through developing and operating functional health, longevity and regenerative medicine clinics, according to the companies.
Westin Acquisition filed for its initial public offering in July of last year.
The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
