Atturra Expects Lower Fiscal Year 2026 Underlying EBITDA, Higher Revenue, Shares Up 10%

Atturra (ASX:ATA) is expected to report fiscal year 2026 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of between AU$30 million and AU$30.5 million, in line with guidance, with revenue slightly below guidance at between AU$348 million and AU$352 million, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company reported underlying EBITDA of AU$31.5 million and revenue of AU$300.6 million in fiscal year 2025, an earlier filing showed.
The company said it expects to recognise a one-off non-cash goodwill impairment charge of between AU$20 million and AU$25 million in fiscal year.
The company's shares rose 10% in recent Wednesday trade.
