Anhui Expressway (HKG:0995, SHA:600012), along with seven units, entered into agreements to share the issuance costs of expressway electronic toll collection cards incurred by Anhui Traffic Intelligence Technology.
The costs will be apportioned among expressway operators in Anhui Province on a quarterly basis.
The amount and sharing ratio will be calculated based on the number of cards issued and the proportion of toll revenues of each expressway operator.
